Wholesale pricing, minimum order requirements, and complete program terms are provided after approval.

Eligibility and Application

Applicants must operate a legitimate retail business and may be asked to provide:

* Business name and contact information
* Store address, website, or social media account
* Valid resale certificate or sales tax exemption documentation

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Bloomjong reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke wholesale access at its discretion.

Ordering and Payment

Wholesale orders must meet the applicable minimum order requirements and be paid in full before shipment.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the ordering process. Product availability and wholesale pricing are subject to change.

Returns, Damages, and Claims

Wholesale orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label.

Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or store credit.

Use of Brand Assets

Bloomjong grants approved wholesale partners permission to use Bloomjong-provided product images and descriptions for the marketing and resale of Bloomjong products.

Wholesale partners are also welcome to create and share their own original photos and videos featuring Bloomjong products.

Bloomjong logos, product names, branding, and product packaging may not be altered or presented in a misleading manner without prior written approval.
