Wholesale pricing, order minimums, and complete program terms will be shared upon approval.

3. Applying for a Wholesale Account

We welcome applications from established retail businesses interested in carrying Bloomjong products.

To apply, please be prepared to provide:

Business name and contact information
Store location, website, or social media account
Valid resale certificate or applicable sales tax exemption documentation, if requested

All applications are subject to review. Submission does not guarantee approval, and Bloomjong reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke wholesale access at its discretion.

4. Ordering & Payment

All wholesale orders are subject to applicable minimum order requirements.

Payment must be received in full prior to shipment. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during the ordering process.

Product availability, pricing, and collection offerings are subject to change.

5. Returns, Damages & Claims

All wholesale orders are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

In the event of damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise, please contact our team within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Claims must include clear photographs of the affected products, original packaging, shipping box, and shipping label.

Approved claims will be resolved through replacement merchandise or store credit.

6. Brand & Marketing Guidelines

Approved wholesale partners are welcome to use Bloomjong-provided product photography and descriptions to promote and resell Bloomjong merchandise.

Retailers are also encouraged to create and share original photography and video content featuring our products.

To preserve brand consistency, Bloomjong logos, product names, branding, and packaging may not be altered or represented in a misleading manner without prior written approval.
